ReplyDeleteFirst of all thank you very much for this very informative blog about this specific topic which is otherwise difficult to get.
I am an Account Holder with J&K Bank.The said Bank is Using Finnacle as well.I had opened an account with the bank which i had to close.A Week later i opened another account (both Current accounts).The Bank linked this account to the existing CUSTID.Now when i Need to pay for something using Netbanking services.It shows both the account.If i forget to switch to the account (which is presently working) It denies the payment.It is a headache to chnage the account every time i have to make any online Txn.Please help

INYANT you are among the people / customer who try to be smart dum asses it is for bankers not customers even if u have knowledge of finacle it doesent make anyone banker i specificaly get irritated of customer who lurke at the screens or try to learn the banking software and then on the basis of their inexpertise (obviously when u dont have any id in finacle u cant be expert just by reading or asking) they try to show that they are know more than a banker...please just consider onething i cant tell a doctor to treat me in specific manner until i m a doctor myself despite of any great expertise.
ReplyDeleteand my last thing if u so good in banking why dont open ur bank or go recruited in some bank...can you do any one of said things no naa so please leave banking to bankers query here if u are registered user of finacle dont boss being a customer it doesnt make u authority to instruct any banker
Hey. what has INYANT said that warrant all these your lectures about expertise? Is the issue he complained about not real? Is he blaming finacle? This might not be the right forum for lay his complain but he has the right to share his experience so long as he is not demanding for a solution here.

I hate Finacle. The success story of its founders is good but it is not as if the application is really that fantastic. Fantastic apps must also move towards simplification. But for Finacle App, the resources- online or wherever- to study and be able to support it is lacking. Trainings are unavailable, Materials are either unavailable or too technical and sometimes fails to address important issues. Take a look for instance of this blogsite, the author published a few menu and its description, yet froze the information such that one cannot copy the information for future reference.
