Dear Users , this week , we will discuss menus related to customer ID Creation, account opening (SB/CD/CC loan account opening and verification), , You might know , before opening an account
you should open the customer id. The same customer id is to be used to open all
the accounts of the customer (for e.g. SB / CA / CC / OD / Term Deposit A/c
etc.).
Lets discuss the shortest way to create a Customer ID. Its almost same for all Banks ( may differ a little Bank to Bank ). In case any differences due to customization , please contact your IT/ Systems Department / Data Center.

a Customer ID
CUMM - enter - A - f4 - Title* -
Name - Short Name - Type* - Status* - status as on- group* - Occupation* -Gender
- Constitution * -Staff - Minor - NRI - Date of Birth - Introducer Cust Id -NATID No- f6-
Address type (both Communication & Permanent Address details)- f4- f6 - Combined statement - TDS slab -f6- f6-f6-
purge allowed - f6 - f6 - f4 - E -f4 - INR - f4 - Delete E put T - f4 -f4 - Inland trade allowed “Y” - f4 - f10
Verification
of a Customer ID
CUMM - enter - V - f4 - give the
Customer ID - f4 - Visit all the pages by pressing F6 ( 7 times ) - f4 -*( E -
f4 - ctrl E - f4 - f4 - Delete E put T - f4 -) f4 - f10
* Not required when verifying the
modification of Customer ID
